Real estate has been an integral part of Nick’s life since the day he was born. Growing up in a family of builders, Nick always knew he would find himself involved in the real estate world. His father and grandfather laid the foundation for his growing love and interest in the business. After graduating from Villanova University School of Business he began his career as a Loan Officer for a large residential mortgage bank. Soon thereafter, Nick was promoted to a senior position and quickly became a top producing loan officer. After earning many accolades it was only natural for him to shift into Residential Real Estate Sales. Nick’s extensive background in finance brought a differentiating knowledge set to the sales process and has proven to be an integral part in facilitating deals and making sure every one of his clients is in the best position financially when buying a home. Recently he has also been one of the co-founders of a Design Build real estate company DeLuca Construction. He is proud to be the leader and founder of the DeLuca Group and DeLuca Construction.
